With state-of-the-art facilities including a Critical Access Hospital, two primary care clinics, urgent care, and a Wellness Center boasting a climbing wall and a comprehensive exercise program, Summit Pacific is uniquely positioned within its rural community. However, their website was outdated and confusing, failing to reflect their exceptional services.
By focusing on primary user pathways, the latest web accessibility standards, and mobile responsiveness, I redesigned the site into a fresh, welcoming, and easily navigable user experience. Building live prototypes at each step of the process to demonstrate user flow and micro-interactions helped solidify client buy-in — and the hand-off to development.
